Bookminders, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time, Fully-Remote Accountant to manage client accounting systems with accuracy and adherence to Bookminders' procedures. The role supports small businesses and non-profits, delivering timely financial data and insightful reports.

Expect a flexible 20–30 hour workweek with hourly pay starting at $25–$35, with growth to $35–$50 after a year based on performance. The position includes ongoing training and internal mobility opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field required.
• Minimum five years of accounting or finance experience.
• Must reside in the contiguous United States.
• Experience with general ledger software; QuickBooks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the accounting system for small business and non-profit clients in accordance with Bookminders procedures.
• Apply fundamental accounting principles and analytical skills to process client accounting data accurately.
• Understand and apply Bookminders' standards and procedures, implement improvements, review procedures to meet standards.
• Attend virtual weekly client meetings to discuss financials.
• Track and report client billing information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients.
