Bookminders is seeking a part-time, fully remote Accountant to manage the accounting system for small business and nonprofit clients. You will apply fundamental accounting principles and handle time and expense billing, job costing, and reporting, all within Bookminders’ standards.

• Must reside in the contiguous United States.

• Manage the accounting system for clients in accordance with Bookminders’ procedures.
• Apply accounting principles and analytical skills to process client accounting completely and accurately.
• Attend brief virtual weekly meetings with the client to discuss financials.
• Track and report client billing information in a timely, accurate manner.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with assigned clients.
