Qualifications

• Must reside within 45 miles of a Bookminders office.
• Experience with general ledger accounting software is required.

• Dedicated home office space and reliable internet are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting system for small business and non-profit clients per Bookminders procedures.
• Handle time and expense billing, job costing, expense allocations, and fund tracking.
• Produce comprehensive Board reporting and client financials.
• Understand client needs and apply Bookminders services accordingly.
• Attend weekly client meetings to discuss financials and billing.
• Track and report client billing information accurately and timely.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients.
