Job summary

PROVE Partners is seeking a remote Paralegal to join the legal team and support the General Counsel. This newly created role emphasizes licensing and contract work, requiring a legal background and strong organizational discipline.

The successful candidate will work asynchronously within a distributed team, overlap US business hours, and have excellent written and verbal English. This is a contractor, hourly position with equipment provided by you.

Qualifications

• Paralegal or attorney background required or highly preferred.
• Strong project management skills: own timelines, track multiple workstreams, drive to completion.
• Experience supporting an executive or senior leader in an administrative or executive assistant capacity is a strong plus.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, especially around dates and documents.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a distributed, cross-border team.
• Based in Latin America; must be able to overlap with U.S. business hours.
