The ideal candidate has a legal background (paralegal or attorney), strong English communication, meticulous attention to dates and documents, and the ability to work independently across a distributed, cross-border team while overlapping US business hours.

Qualifications

• Law degree or paralegal experience required.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executives is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a distributed team.
• Excellent attention to dates, deadlines, and document accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to General Counsel on licensing and contract work.
• Own timelines and track multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Assist with administrative tasks and executive assistance duties as needed.
