Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Paralegal certificate or college degree preferred.
• Client intake experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures, discovery, state and federal court filings, and e‑filing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while providing professional and empathetic client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication and intake with prospective clients.
• Gather and document case facts, damages, parties, deadlines, and supporting information.
• Review and organize client records and case documents.
• Maintain accurate information within the firm's CRM/case management system.
• Assist attorneys with case evaluation and ongoing litigation matters.
• Prepare draft discovery responses and other litigation materials.
• Communicate with clients regarding discovery and case-related documentation.
• Monitor court deadlines, filing requirements, and calendaring needs.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and upscale time-sensitive matters when appropriate.
