Hire Options Inc. seeks a Paralegal to join their San Francisco office. The candidate will support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, manage calendars and filings, draft pleadings, and maintain organized electronic case files.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal certificate, 6+ years of litigation experience, and proficiency with major legal software and research tools. Equal opportunity employer; salary range $125–$175K.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Familiarity with legal technology (CompuLaw, PACER, TextMap, CaseMap, Opus2, NetDocuments).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; proficiency with Westlaw/LexisNexis and PDF/document management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and post-trial matters.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, court filings, and procedural requirements under federal and state rules.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents; assist with cite-checking, proofreading, and legal research.
• Maintain organized electronic case files and manage large volumes of litigation documents, productions, exhibits, and trial materials.
• Manage Relativity databases, document review, discovery searches, productions, and case-related data.
• Prepare deposition, witness interview, and trial materials, including exhibits, binders, notebooks, and electronic courtroom presentations.
• Support internal investigations, regulatory matters, and compliance reviews.
• Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior and mid-level paralegals; assist with onboarding and quality control.
