Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of litigation support in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of CA civil litigation procedures.
• Proficiency with e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Excellent proofreading and document formatting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling civil matters.
• Draft, format, proofread pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare and submit electronic filings in California state and federal courts.
• Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, conferences, and trial prep.
