Job summary

Aurorium is seeking a Sales and Market Development Manager to grow our US and global customer base. This role reports to the US Sales Manager and interfaces with Marketing Managers to execute all facets of the market development and sales plan for our Paper and Packaging product lines.

The focus is to accelerate market development, communicate key value propositions, develop new business, prospect new accounts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth projects across the customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Eng., Chemistry, Biology or Life Science is required.
• Experience selling chemical specialties or in similar regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong prospecting and account development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Paper and Packaging manufacturers and brands globally with a focus in the US.
• Deliver on monthly and quarterly targets of volume, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for major customers and communicate value propositions.
• Build and maintain a robust commercial pipeline.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to advance sales opportunities and communicate with stakeholders.
