Job summary

iGPS LOGISTICS LLC is seeking a Quality Control Engineering Specialist to advance pallet quality through data-driven analysis and field visits. You will gather customer feedback, inspect pallets, and provide actionable improvement recommendations.

The role requires travel to manufacturers, 3PLs, iDepots and depots, with a focus on improving quality standards and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technology discipline.
• 2+ years of work experience in a quality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for quality visits and investigations.
• Keen attention to detail and good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble empirical data showing pallet modifications based on customer/retail feedback.
• Inspect and analyze forensics of pallets in the field influencing quality.
• Conduct planned visits to manufacturers, 3PLs, iDepots and Depots to evaluate pallet quality.
• Create reports and matrices to provide quality improvement feedback and analytics.
