Job summary

Fives Intralogistics Corp. is seeking a Project Quality Specialist to ensure consistent product quality across customer field installations.

You will support structured problem solving, data-driven analysis, and closed-loop corrective actions to mitigate risk and protect on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–7+ years in quality, manufacturing, field service, supplier quality, or project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and deploy standardized quality processes, inspection criteria, and documentation for field sites.
• Partner with Field Supervisors to ensure quality requirements during product receipt, installation, and commissioning.
• Lead or support 8D investigations and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Own or coordinate end-to-end resolution of field quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate across multiple field sites to assess quality scope and ensure consistency in issue resolution.
