Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Logistics Process Quality Engineer in the United States to protect customers and strengthen distribution processes while building a robust quality culture across operations. You will lead and develop Quality Auditors, investigate customer issues, drive structured problem-solving, and implement improvements across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound activities.

This role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, experience with SAP/Oracle/Power BI, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years in logistics quality or process improvement.
• 2+ years leading Quality Auditors or similar teams.
• Experience with audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, control plans, and QMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality audits across inbound to outbound operations.
• Investigate customer complaints using evidence and data.
• Drive structured problem-solving using established methodologies.
• Define corrective actions with owners, deadlines, and verification.
• Develop PFMEAs, control plans, and quality records.
• Present quality performance and risks to leadership.
