Job summary

Fidelis Logistics in Florida is seeking a Pallet Quality Inspector to join our team. You will inspect repaired and sorted pallets to ensure they meet CHEP quality standards and document defects and inspections daily.

Ideal candidates have experience in quality control or inspection, can lift 75-85 lbs, and will coach pallet builders to improve overall quality while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. We offer competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control or inspection (pallet manufacturing or repair preferred).
• Ability to lift and inspect pallets (75-85 lbs.).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Basic power tool skills to perform minor nail repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect repaired and sorted pallets for CHEP quality standards.
• Audit and document pallet defects, identifying rejects by builder.
• Record inspections, defects, and details on the Daily Pallet Audit Form.
• Coach pallet builders to improve quality and compliance.
• Stay up to date on CHEP pallet quality criteria and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
