Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Familiarity with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfort leveraging AI-powered tools for research, insights, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular updates to clients on campaign status.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Grow into a technical resource across departments.
