829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will strategize and execute campaigns across platforms, while coordinating with colleagues across marketing functions to drive client success.

The role requires 1–3 years of paid ads experience, familiarity with Facebook/LinkedIn ads, and strong communication and organization skills. Remote-friendly with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Familiarity with Facebook and LinkedIn ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for research, insights and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness relating to client goals, conversions and events.
• Update clients regularly on the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on how to best achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
