829 Studios in Boston is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our thriving Paid Media team. You will manage a portfolio of client campaigns, balancing creativity and data-driven optimization to achieve performance goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teammates, leverage AI-powered tools, and develop reporting deliverables while expanding your knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid social platforms. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Experience with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns and paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate research, insights, and optimization, and streamline reporting across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of SMBs.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness related to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on status of digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
