829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to manage campaigns for a portfolio of clients and coordinate with colleagues across marketing disciplines. You’ll drive PPC initiatives, optimize performance, and build strong client relationships.

You’ll bring 1–3 years of paid advertising experience, familiarity with Facebook and LinkedIn ads, and proficiency with Google Workspace and analytics tools. A remote-friendly Boston-based role supports growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of paid social tools such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve research, insights, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of SMBs.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against client goals and conversions.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives and progress.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on how to meet business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
