Job summary

829 Studios seeks a Paid Social Specialist to grow our Paid Media team. You will manage campaigns for a portfolio of clients, optimizing performance and delivering reports while coordinating with cross-functional colleagues to drive success.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of paid advertising experience, with knowledge of Facebook/LinkedIn ads and analytics tools. Remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Familiarity with Facebook/LinkedIn ads and other platforms.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for client portfolio.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Advise on how to achieve business goals via digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
