Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn ads platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for research, insights, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for several clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff docs to reporting.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Grow into a technical resource for other departments.
