DEPT® is a Growth Invention company helping ambitious brands grow faster. We seek a Manager, Paid Social to drive high-impact campaigns, build roadmaps, and mentor a talented team. You’ll lead strategy across platforms, optimize performance, and present insights to clients and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with partners, ensure QA, and contribute to thought leadership while shaping campaigns that scale growth and ROI. This role is remote, with a US focus, and offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid social experience across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Deep knowledge of paid social strategy across the funnel, from awareness to conversion.
• Experience managing campaigns with full-funnel objectives and optimization testing.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to inform strategy.
• Strong ability to analyze performance and translate insights for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel or dashboarding tools for performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing presentations.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients.
• Develop platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies across Meta Ads.
• Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, dashboards, and reviews.
• Prioritize initiatives with the highest potential impact on performance.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to provide strategic recommendations.
• Provide high-quality paid social narratives for tactical plans and reviews.
• Ensure QA on all paid social work and maintain budgets and brand standards.
• Speak on client calls and be client-facing where applicable.
• Coach and mentor team members, supporting onboarding and skill development.
