Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on paid social experience with Meta Ads.
• Advanced understanding of paid social strategy across funnels.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization insights.
• Strong communication for client-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across clients, meeting efficiency, growth, and budget goals.
• Develop and implement Meta-specific optimization and monitoring strategies.
• Quantify and prioritize initiatives with high impact on performance and growth.
• Partner with Senior Manager to deliver strategic paid social recommendations.
• Contribute insights to client deliverables and business reviews.
• Ensure QA and accurate execution, protecting client budgets and brand standards.
