Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Account Lead, Paid Social to lead strategy and execution for enterprise clients. You will build and mentor teams, translate performance data into roadmaps, and drive profitability with a relentless focus on results.

You will own Meta Ads campaigns, guide testing, and ensure alignment with client priorities across channels, while upholding best practices and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid social advertising experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and client communications.
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable roadmaps.
• Proven track record with enterprise or complex clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy across Meta Ads to drive client KPIs.
• Be the day-to-day contact for Meta Ads for a large client.
• Own the client social roadmap, align tests with priorities.
• Stay current on paid social trends and impact on goals.
• Enforce paid social processes and best practices across teams.
• Prioritize projects and tests with clear client dialogue.
• Act as senior point person for test recommendations and measurement.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, coaching managers.
