DEPT® is seeking an Account Lead, Paid Social, to drive strategic, end‑to‑end paid social programs for a major client. You will lead a high‑performing team, translate performance insights into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate across disciplines to maximize profitability and client success.

You will mentor teammates, onboard new hires, and maintain a strategic narrative while staying ahead of mobile social trends. This role offers a US remote work model and a strong focus on results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid social advertising.
• 2+ years in management/leadership.
• Proven ability to scale paid social programs for enterprise or complex clients.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy across Meta Ads to grow client KPIs.
• Serve as day-to-day Meta Ads contact for a major client. Align strategy with objectives.
• Own the client’s social roadmap; ensure tests align with priorities and creative strategy.
• Stay current on mobile paid social trends and translate to client goals.
• Establish and evolve paid social processes and best practices across teams.
• Prioritize projects and tests with clear dialogue about resources.
• Be the senior point person for test recommendations and measurement for growth.
• Build and lead high-performing teams through onboarding and coaching.
