DEPT is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to drive growth for ambitious brands. You will lead high-impact campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, shaping strategy, testing, and performance insights for client roadmaps and quarterly business reviews.

You will mentor team members, ensure flawless execution, and contribute to thought leadership. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on optimization in a fast-paced Growth Invention environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on paid social experience across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of funnel strategy: awareness to conversion.
• Experience with A/B testing across creatives, audiences, formats.
• Proven ability to analyze performance and deliver optimization recommendations.
• Excellent client-facing communication and storytelling.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients.
• Develop platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies (Meta Ads).
• Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
