Wpromote is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead scalable, full‑funnel paid social campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This hands‑on role involves building strategy, executing activations, optimizing to KPIs, and collaborating with Creative and Data Science teams to test social‑first creative and measurement approaches.

The role emphasizes curiosity, learning, and results, with opportunities to influence cross‑functional pods and drive campaign performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of paid media experience in an agency or in‑house/client environment.
• Hands‑on experience building, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across Meta and at least one additional platform.
• Strong operational fluency with Meta Ads Manager and other platform UIs; comfortable exporting, analyzing, and manipulating campaign data.
• Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Formulate full‑funnel paid social strategies tied to client objectives (revenue growth, CPA, LTV, leads, brand).
• Own day‑to‑day campaign setup, activation, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, X, Nextdoor, and more.
• Lead client communications including weekly reporting, optimization rationale, and next steps.
• Translate creative insights into testable hypotheses and partner with Creative leads to iterate social‑first assets.
