Job summary

NP Digital, a global award-winning performance marketing agency, is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to join our remote Paid Media team in the US. You will manage paid social campaigns with monthly budgets over $500K, focusing on Meta, TikTok, and ecommerce optimization.

You will communicate insights clearly to clients and colleagues. The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on paid social experience, strong analytics, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of paid social experience with Meta and TikTok
• 2+ years ecommerce experience optimizing campaigns to online sales/ROAS
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $500K
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Comfort using AI tools to support analysis, reporting, research, or day-to-day workflow efficiency while validating outputs
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with and deliver paid social media strategy for clients
• Project estimated campaign performance based on client budgets
• Develop and implement paid social structures to optimize ecommerce performance (revenue, CPA, ROAS)
• Manage budgets with daily, monthly, quarterly pacing
• Provide client reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Analyze platform updates and apply AI capabilities to campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and SEO
