DEPT® seeks a Manager, Paid Social to drive growth by leading high-impact campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more. You will design strategic roadmaps, develop dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders, while mentoring a growing team to deliver outstanding results.

You will own campaign testing, optimization, and reporting, ensuring budgets are stewarded and brand standards are maintained.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years hands-on paid social experience across major platforms.
• Strong understanding of funnel-based paid social strategy.
• Experience with campaign measurement and reporting.
• Excellent client-facing communication and storytelling.

• Develop platform-specific optimization and monitoring for multiple channels.
