NoGigiddy is seeking a Social Media Ads Manager to own paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest, driving high-quality traffic at efficient costs. You will optimize campaigns, set up tracking, and report on performance.

No degree required; hands-on experience with paid social and deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. This fully remote role offers direct budget ownership and a path toward leadership in performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns.
• Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus.
• Data-literate and quick decision-maker.
• Creative eye for what performs and ad creative matters.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest
• Write ad copy and brief the creative team on winning ad concepts
• Set up pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution correctly
• Optimize campaigns daily for CPA, CTR, and ROAS
• Conduct audience testing — lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting
• Run creative A/B tests to find winning angles
• Report weekly on spend efficiency and recommendations for scaling or cutting
