Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to lead strategy across Meta and TikTok, manage agency partners, and drive omnichannel growth. You will own budgets, testing, and performance metrics, while collaborating with analytics and creative teams to deliver data-driven campaigns.

The role requires 4–6+ years in paid social, strong leadership, and proven ability to translate data into actionable optimizations for a national consumer brand. Hybrid remote/on-site work is available.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on paid social experience.
• Experience managing people or agency relationships.
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok; other platforms a plus.
• Ability to translate data into tactical optimizations and executive narratives.
• Experience with omnichannel consumer brands and budget ownership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Set budgets, pacing, and audience strategy to hit CAC and growth targets.
• Serve as primary accountability for paid social performance.
• Lead paid social specialists and oversee agency partners.
• Develop testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding.
• Own CAC, CVR, CTR, and spend-pacing reporting.
• Collaborate with analytics on advanced measurement and narratives.
• Present performance stories to stakeholders.
• Ensure pixel, CAPI, and catalog hygiene across accounts.
• Coordinate with Creative and regional marketing for omnichannel strategy.
