Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a strategic Paid Social Lead to own the paid social portfolio across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will manage budget pacing, drive CAC targets, and partner with analytics to tie platform results to business impact.

You\u2019ll lead Paid Social Specialists, guide agency partners, and develop testing roadmaps while translating data into actionable insights for regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on paid social experience, with 1-2 years leading people or agencies.
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok; others a plus.
• Strong command of campaign structure, audience strategy, testing, and optimization.
• Experience managing omnichannel paid social for brand-scale growth.
• Ability to translate data into tactical and executive narratives.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive ROI.

Responsabilités
