Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape budgets, roadmaps, and narratives as the strategic voice on calls with clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, oversee testing, tracking, and attribution, and drive long-term growth through retention and upsell. A remote role with global client interaction is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaign management, built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics demonstrated with examples.
• Experience working with multiple clients in an agency environment.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Implement conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
