Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. This remote role focuses on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with accountability for budgets, bidding, testing, and narrative of performance on client calls.

You will design 90-day roadmaps, drive ROAS improvements, and manage long-term client relationships from Seattle-based or global remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, creative testing, and optimization decisions.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
