Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit.
• Act as day-to-day Meta Ads contact for large client accounts.
• Own client roadmap and test strategy alignment with goals.
• Stay updated on trends and translate to client impact.
• Establish paid social processes and best practices across teams.
• Prioritize projects and tests based on resourcing and client needs.
• Serve as senior point of contact for test recommendations and measurement.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams through coaching and onboarding.
