Job summary

Jump 450 Media is seeking a senior performance marketing specialist for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will own planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid digital media campaigns across networks like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and more.

You will serve as the day-to-day SME for clients, delivering strategic recommendations, data-driven insights, and proactive communication while collaborating with the creative team to deliver high-impact ads and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related major is required.
• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in social media is required.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (bidding and targeting) and ad creative testing tools.
• Experience scaling campaigns with large budgets while preserving KPIs.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, optimize, analyze, and report paid digital media campaigns.
• Act as SME for clients, providing strategic recommendations and reporting.
• Target customers, create compelling ads with the creative team, and ensure campaign performance.
• Develop media strategies and paid media plans with audience targeting and budgeting.
• Communicate campaign performance to clients using dashboards and reports.
• Prepare client and management reports and present results.
