Job summary

Truvani is hiring a designer focused on paid social—creating static and animated ads for Meta across feed, stories, and reels. You will ship lots of creative, test results, and use data to iterate quickly in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years designing paid social ads for CPG or DTC, with a portfolio showing live Meta campaigns. Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator or Figma, and motion tools like After Effects or Premiere, is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing paid social ads for CPG or DTC brands.
• Portfolio of Meta ads that actually ran, not just spec work.
• Strong in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads for Meta across feed, stories, and reels.
• Create short motion ads and animated versions of statics.
• Turn briefs into multiple concepts and variations for testing.
• Build iterations on winning ads with new hooks, headlines, and visuals.
• Review performance with growth team to decide what to test next.
• Monitor trends in CPG and supplement advertising and bring ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing for high-performing creative.
