Truvani is hiring a designer focused on paid social. You’ll create static and animated Meta ads, analyze performance data, and iterate based on results.

The role is high-volume with rapid testing and learning, helping us stop thumbs and drive purchases while maintaining brand consistency. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in paid social design for CPG or DTC, a strong portfolio of actual Meta campaigns, and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator or Figma plus motion tools like After Effects or

Qualifications

• Portfolio of Meta ads that actually ran.
• 3+ years designing paid social ads for CPG or DTC brands.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.
• Comfort with motion: After Effects or Premiere or CapCut.
• Fast producer of quality variations with strong data-driven mindset.
• Experience in supplements, food, beverage, or beauty.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads for Meta across formats (feed, stories, reels).
• Create short motion ads and animated versions of statics.
• Turn briefs into multiple concepts and variations for testing.
• Build iterations on winning ads with new hooks and layouts.
• Review performance with growth team and decide tests next.
• Monitor trends in CPG advertising and bring new ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency while boosting performance.
