Job summary

Truvani is seeking a design-focused paid social specialist to craft static and short motion ads across Meta platforms. You will test many variations, learn from results, and iterate quickly to improve CTR and ROAS.

The role requires deep experience with CPG or DTC brands, a strong ads portfolio, and comfort with both static and motion creative. You’ll collaborate with a growth-minded team, maintain brand voice, and explore additional channels like TikTok and YouTube.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing paid social ads for CPG or DTC brands.
• Portfolio of Meta ads that actually ran.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.
• Comfortable with motion: After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar.
• Ability to produce many quality variations quickly.
• Understanding of performance marketing and thumb-stopping frames.
• Receptive to feedback; data-driven decision maker.
• Self-directed with strong time management.
• Experience in supplements, food, beverage, or beauty.
• Familiarity with AI image/video tools in production workflows.
• Experience designing for TikTok, YouTube, Google.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads for Meta across formats (feed, stories, reels).
• Create short motion ads and animated versions of statics.
• Turn briefs into multiple concepts for testing.
• Build iterations on winning ads with new hooks, headlines, layouts, and visuals.
• Collaborate with growth to review performance and plan tests.
• Monitor trends in CPG and supplement advertising and propose ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing for performance.
