Job summary

BarkleyOKRP seeks a Supervisor, Paid Search to develop strategies and manage performance across Google and Bing accounts, leveraging our Deep Search tool. You will drive client growth, optimize campaigns, and collaborate remotely with teams and clients.

The role requires exceptional communication, data-driven decision making, and a track record in paid search management. Compensation includes health options, PTO, life insurance, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced agency, media, or marketing environment.
• Google Ads & Bing Ads proficiency.
• Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with SEM reporting tools (GA4, Adobe, etc.).
• Experience managing data feeds and shopping campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Paid Search Management in Google & Bing Platforms and Deep Search.
• Own budgets and campaign targets to achieve/exceed client goals across accounts.
• Audit, implement, and evangelize best practices for campaign structure.
• Create and present client-facing reporting and connect performance trends to actions.
• Lead strategic planning for accounts and coordinate testing roadmaps and plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and timely communication.
