Qualifications

• 0-3+ years in a fast-paced agency, media, or marketing environment with hands-on paid search experience.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Excel/Sheets proficiency; strong presentation and document skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of keyword research, campaign management, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Paid Search Management in Google & Bing and via proprietary tool: Deep Search.
• Target & Budget Management to meet or exceed client goals, communicating performance issues proactively.
• Campaign Structure, keyword research, and ad copy alignment with promotions.
• Reporting & Analysis: regular insights to tell a performance story for clients.
• Strategy & Innovation: execute testing plans and optimize account structure.
• Communication & Storytelling: daily client contact and ownership of reporting.
