Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, automation, smart bidding and targeting.
• Experience managing significant budgets and delivering revenue and profitability growth.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction, growth plans and commercial success of key categories.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies aligned with objectives.
• Build category roadmaps balancing immediate opportunities with long-term capability.
• Identify and champion high-impact initiatives for sustained growth.
• Lead testing frameworks and PPC tactics across campaigns and partners.
• Collaborate with publishers and platform teams to leverage beta programs.
