Eight+ years in Paid Search/SEM with deep Google Ads and Microsoft Ads expertise, plus strong communication, are required to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Paid Search/SEM with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven track record growing large-scale PPC programs and budgets.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and performance analysis skills in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction, growth plans, and commercial success of key categories.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build category roadmaps balancing immediate opportunities with long-term development.
• Identify, prioritize, and champion high-impact initiatives for growth and competitive advantage.
• Influence performance beyond owned accounts through data-driven insights and cross-category initiatives.
• Forecast growth plans and allocate resources to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Partner with publishers, Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Analytics, and Leadership.
