• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, BI, Finance and Engineering.
• Develop category roadmaps balancing short-term performance with long-term capability.
• Build forecasting models and growth plans for owned categories and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and scale PPC tactics across campaigns and audiences.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
