Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget and bidding, ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps showing the numbers behind decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement with multiple clients.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and trust GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels for conversion tracking.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate results.
