Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Search Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget decisions, tracking accuracy and quarterly roadmaps. Clear English with US clients on live calls is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics with measurable results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, creative testing, and when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term partner relationships.
