Job summary

Directive Consulting, a leading B2B marketing agency, seeks a Paid Strategist to manage multiple mid-tier and enterprise accounts across Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook ads. You will craft high-performing paid media strategies for technology, industrial, and services clients, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive ROI.

You will work remotely within the US, with occasional travel to visit clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4/Excel to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Serve as direct support to client contacts.
• Weekly communication with vendors/partners to align tasks and improve performance.
• Drive referrals via client relationships and professional networks.
• Build client strategies each quarter and optimize budgets across channels.
• Maintain budgets for paid media campaigns and ensure ROI.
• Understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
• Confirm lead routing in the CRM.
• Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
• Maintain personal productivity and utilization.
• Collaborate with Associate Director to meet goals.
• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
