Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice on campaigns, directing targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative in client conversations.

Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads with hands-on optimization, and drive 90-day and quarterly plans, retention and upsell opportunities. Remote role with US/Canada/SA exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Demonstrated ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements you can walk us through.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the story behind the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
