Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through execution.

You'll manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly calls, and deliver clear performance reports while translating data into actionable guidance for financial advisor clients. You report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive client results, retention, and growth with a focus on qualified appointments and cost-effective CPAs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger results.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between ad platforms and client systems.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues affecting results.
