Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of accounts, guide strategy, and serve as the main client contact.

This hands-on role requires managing Meta campaigns, reporting performance, and shaping messaging for high-net-worth prospects. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations, collaborate on creative testing, optimize budgets, and ensure retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience focused on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on CPA and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop improvement strategies.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues.
