You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and drive long-term retention and upsell opportunities while maintaining clear English communication with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with real examples.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking and reliable attribution with GA4 and pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
