Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a diverse set of B2B and growth-brand clients, driving targeting, budget decisions, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why. You will be the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation and testing, ensure accurate tracking with GA4 and pixel tags, and craft 90-day roadmaps with clear performance

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvement.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
